Featuring a roster of LA-based musicians that are both composers and musicians who will explore what it means to be human through their touch mixed with electronics. They ask the question: Are pre-programmed sampled strings that can be manipulated to perfection the idea of being human or is it more human strumming, bowing, plucking their traditional instruments? This evening will intersect the mix of being human / machine / layered vocals / field recordings and performing.
